Bouchard Finlayson Pinot Noir Hemel-En-Aarde Valley, Walker Bay Tete de Cuvee Wine of Origin 2012 This is very ripe and intense with a dried strawberry and fig character. Full and rich with lots of ripe tannins yet it remains bright and delicious. The winery makes a selection after the wines are 10 months in barrel (only 30% new oak) and the best are aged another 16 months in new oak. Only 260 cases of this. Drink or hold.
